Our team recently completed a roofing project that exemplifies our expertise in delivering durable, low-maintenance solutions with a contemporary edge. The process commenced with the erection of scaffolding, ensuring safe and efficient access to the roof. The outdated roof covering was systematically stripped and disposed of into a skip, adhering to responsible waste management practices. Additionally, an obsolete aerial was removed. The loft space was then cleaned, setting the stage for the enhancements to follow.

To enhance the property’s thermal performance, we installed high-quality insulation throughout the roof structure. Ventilation was addressed with the installation of eave vents and felt support trays, promoting long-term integrity. We then overlaid the roof with Vent 3 PRO breathable membrane, complemented by treated battens, providing a resilient and weatherproof foundation. For this project, our valued customer wanted Marley Modern grey interlocking tiles, prized for their sleek design and robust functionality, to achieve a sophisticated and enduring finish.

To ensure a maintenance-free roofline, we incorporated dry fix plastic verge systems, offering a practical and aesthetically pleasing solution. Around the chimney stacks, Code 5 lead flashings were expertly fitted, sealed with flexible lead sealant within the brick joints to deliver a watertight barrier against the elements. The installation was completed with dry ridge systems, mechanically fixed at each ridge for enhanced stability and a clean, modern look.

Following the project’s completion, the scaffolding was dismantled, and the job site was maintained in a pristine and orderly condition throughout—a reflection of our commitment to professionalism at every stage. This renovation not only elevates the property’s visual appeal but also ensures lasting performance with minimal upkeep.
